Services

What services does Finux provide?

Finux connects Brand & Website Design, Website Development, Ecommerce, and Growth & Maintenance. We can help shape your visual identity, design and develop a website or storefront, and agree on ongoing website and marketing support around your business goals.

Can you redesign an existing website?

Yes. We review your current website alongside your business goals and audience needs, then identify what to retain, improve, or rebuild. The proposal defines the pages, design work, and development included in the redesign.

Can you work with our existing branding?

Yes. Share your visual identity and any brand guidelines so we can understand the direction already in place. We discuss how it should carry through to the website and agree whether any additional brand design belongs in the scope.

Project Process

How does a project start?

Start with a conversation about your business, audience, goals, and current website. We use that context to define priorities, the website structure, and the work needed. Scope and responsibilities are agreed in the proposal before the project moves into design and development.

What content and assets do we need to provide?

Bring your existing website content, brand guidelines, logo files, and available photography or product assets. For a storefront, product information and the catalog structure also help. We identify what is ready, what needs updating, and who is responsible for missing material when agreeing the scope.

How are feedback and revisions handled?

We review the design direction and key pages together, then refine the work using your feedback. Consolidated comments and a clear decision maker help keep reviews focused. Review stages, included revisions, and the treatment of requests outside the agreed scope depend on the proposal; there is no universal revision allowance.

Pricing & Timelines

How is project pricing determined?

Pricing reflects the agreed scope, number of pages, functionality, content requirements, and any ongoing work. We clarify those needs before preparing a proposal. The proposal sets out the work and commercial details for your project rather than applying a single price to every website.

What affects the project timeline?

The scale and complexity of the website, readiness of content and assets, and availability of feedback all affect the schedule. We discuss dependencies and agree a schedule around the defined scope before work begins. Changes in requirements or delayed inputs may require that schedule to be reviewed together.

Launch & Support

What happens before launch?

We review the agreed website, refine responsive layouts, and check accessibility, performance, and essential SEO foundations within the project scope. Content and the key website journeys need a final review too. Launch preparation, handover, and any ongoing support responsibilities are agreed together.

Do you offer ongoing maintenance?

Yes. Growth & Maintenance can cover website maintenance and updates, with social media management or paid advertising discussed where relevant. The activities, access, and responsibilities are agreed separately for each engagement. A website build does not automatically include an ongoing maintenance commitment.
